About Rainbow Greenhouses
Rainbow Greenhouses supplies national retailers and independent growers across North America with year-round live goods. With over 5 million sq. ft. of greenhouse space in BC and Alberta, we operate advanced, resource-efficient growing systems powered by skilled, hands-on teams. Our workforce scales seasonally from 500 to 1,000+ employees across multiple provinces. At Rainbow, we grow plants, people, and partnerships with long-term success in mind.
About the Opportunity
The HR – High-Volume Recruitment role is a Human Resources student opportunity focused on full-cycle, high-volume hiring. Working closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support day-to-day recruitment activities during our seasonal hiring surges while contributing to a recruitment process improvement project – gaining exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and data-driven hiring decisions. There is also the opportunity to help with other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Who This Opportunity Is For
This is a student opportunity open to co-op students, interns, practicum students, and recent graduates. Placement length and timing are flexible and can be set up to meet your school’s work-integrated learning requirements (typically 4-, 8-, or 12-month terms). If your program has specific hour or evaluation requirements, we’re happy to work with your school.
